Air Travel
Cheju Island is within an hour's flight from Seoul, Pusan, Kwangju,
or Taegu and direct flights from Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka,
and Sendai are also available. There are more than 35 flights a day from
Seoul (Kimpo Airport) to Cheju International Airport on Korean Air (KAL) and
Asiana Airlines. Since there will be lots of traveling during
the month of August, please reserve your plane ticket as
soon as possible. As of March 29, all international
arrivals and departures are received at the new Incheon
Interantional Airport. The connecting
flight to Cheju is only available from Kimpo airport (the former international
airport) and you are required to travel from Incheon
to Kimpo by the ground transportations. Many shuttle
bus service between two airport is available and takes
about 40 minutes.
Transportation
The Cheju Shilla is 50 minutes from the Cheju International Airport
by car or airport limousine bus. Limousine buses (No. 600) run every
15 minutes (from 06:20 to 21:50) and the fare is 3,300 Korean Won.
Limousine bus runs on routes from Airport ¡æ Crown Plaza Hotel ¡æ Yoemiji Botanical
Complex ¡æ Hyatt
Regency Cheju ¡æ Cheju Shilla Hotel (Green Villa, Hana Hotel) station. Approximate taxi fare from Cheju Airport
to Hotel Shilla is about 25,000 Korean Won(US$ 20).
Hotel Reservation
Hotel Reservations for Cheju Shilla, Green Villa and Hana Hotels
will be made through the conference secretariat. Rooms preserved
for the conference ranges from DeLuxe (5 stars) to C (4 stars).
The Hotel Booking Form has to be mailed or faxed to the conference
secretariat by May 31.

Passport and Visa
All non-Korean citizens attending the conference should have a valid
passport and some may need an entry visa as well. For detailed information
please contact the Republic of Korean Embassy or Consulate Office
nearest your location.

persons of the conference they will not be responsible for any accident
or damage that may occur during the conference. It is advised that
participants takeout adequate travel and health insurance before
leaving their countries.
